Exactly how stupid are kids in Grand Rapids?

Have you seen Bailey's Coment?

I haven't actually seen it myself. I went to the circus and all, but when they were doing the grand finale, something went wrong and all I heard was a big boom.

From what I understand, guy lights himself on fire and then gets shot out of a cannon. Pretty cool if you ask me. At least in theory.

Now the folks in Grand Rapids are forbidding Ringling Bros. to light the guy on fire, but he can still get shot out of a cannon. They are worried it will send the wrong message to the children during Fire Prevention Week.

You have GOT to be kidding me.
