For those of you who don’t know the Mutter Museum in Philadelphia, where the hell ya been? Though the late Gretchen Worden – who almost single-handedly made the Mutter one of the best recognized museums on earth – would’ve said there wasn’t a sideshow element at all to the collection ("We’re a medical museum, damn it!"), she was one of sideshow’s biggest fans… and sometimes more than secretly admitted to the connections. The best always go sooner than we want them to.
